Overview



A business Strategy defines what the organization stands and aims for. It's the definition of the goals going to pursue, and more importantly the initiatives to pursue to achieve those goals. Senior leaders are responsible for Strategic planning whereby tactical and operational planning are assigned to management team.


The Strategy and Performance Excellence course represents an insightful three-sessions designed for leaders and strategy professionals interested in developing an optimal organizational strategy and directing the necessary steps of achieving excellence in today's challenging, uncertain business environment.


The first two-session are dedicated to strategic and tactical planning techniques, business simulations, Our aim is to engage participants in hands-on exercises and expository case studies designed to offer a more comprehensive learning experience and allow participants to fully grasp the theoretical aspects of strategic and tactical planning. On the third session, industry leaders (lecturer) will present case studies, tools and best practices on critical aspects related to how organizations can improve their systems supported by advanced operational plan execution techniques, people and results towards maximum optimization through an effective kaizen continuous improvement plan including monitoring & controlling as per the principles of Hoshin Kanri.


In other words, the course focuses on approaching strategy in a multilateral perspective, starting with the insights, solutions and best practices of developing and implementing strategies, extending to the most advanced techniques of formulation and execution and empowering professionals to choose a short. mid and long-term direction.
